School Rules

At Deep Academy English Medium School, discipline, respect, responsibility, and integrity form the foundation of our learning environment. Every student is expected to observe the following rules:

1. Punctuality & Attendance

Students must attend school regularly and arrive on time.
A minimum attendance as prescribed by CBSE and the school is expected.
Leave should be taken only with prior permission, except in emergencies.

2. School Uniform

Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and with dignity.
Personal grooming should be clean, simple, and appropriate for a school environment.

3. Respect & Behaviour

Students shall show respect towards teachers, staff members, fellow students, and visitors.
Bullying, ragging, discrimination, abusive language, or any form of harassment is strictly prohibited.

4. Academic Integrity

Honesty in examinations, assignments, and projects is expected at all times.
Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unfair means will invite disciplinary action.

5. Care for School Property

Students must protect school property, books, laboratories, classrooms, furniture, and sports equipment.
Any damage caused intentionally may result in disciplinary action and recovery of costs.

6. Safety & Security

Students must strictly follow all safety instructions issued by the school.
Possession of harmful, dangerous, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
Students must immediately report any unsafe situation to a teacher or school authority.

7. Digital Responsibility

Mobile phones, smartwatches, and electronic gadgets are not permitted unless specifically authorized by the school.
Students must use digital resources responsibly and ethically.

8. Cleanliness & Environment

Students should maintain cleanliness in classrooms and throughout the campus.
Respect for the environment should be demonstrated through responsible use of resources and proper waste disposal.

9. Health & Well-being

Students should maintain personal hygiene and inform the school in case of illness.
Participation in health, fitness, sports, and wellness activities is encouraged.

10. Parent-School Partnership

Parents are requested to attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) regularly.
Effective communication between parents and the school is essential for the holistic development of every child.

11. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to uphold the values of honesty, discipline, compassion, responsibility, and respect both inside and outside the school campus.
Any misconduct that affects the reputation, safety, or discipline of the school may lead to appropriate disciplinary action.
